27 year old Trinity masters student, looking for accommodation in Dublin 2 area.

I'm 27 years old and from the sunny state of Florida. I have been working in the environemental field since my undergrad and have recently decided to get a masters. I'll be attending Trinity starting September. I'll be arriving in Dublin on the 4th of September, so ideally I would definitely like to have something set up by then. I am looking for either a single or double room in Dublin 2, or very close. I would like to be within walking distance of Trinity. My budget with utilities included is around 850. I'm very easy going, like things neat and tidy and I do not smoke. I love being outdoors and exploring new places, as well as going out and meeting new people. I would love to live with like minded people, who are somewhat close in age to me.
