26 year old masters student looking for accommodation in dublin

I am a masters student in University College Dublin by september. I am 26 years old and a Filipina. I am looking for a single bed accommodation in a house or apartment.I do not have pets, I do not smoke. I prefer a house or apartment where my boyfriend can sleep over when he visits for days. I am very clean and helps in chores at house. I will spend most of my time studying and doing part-time job. I am looking for an accommodation of about 400 euros a month including the bills. Also, I would appreciate if my housemates are helpful and very hospitable since I dont know anything about Dublin.
