25 year old, looking for a private room in Dublin 7, Dublin 1 or Dublin 2

Hello, my name is Luca Chiossi. I am 25 years old and I am enrolled in my last year of study. I am Italian, student of University of Bologna, and I am moving to Dublin to prepare my Master Degree thesis.

I am a very friendly guy, I never had any problems with other flatmates (both in Bologna or in Madrid where I did my Erasmus). I like to spend time with the lads of the flat but I am also very respectful for the private space of the others (sometimes I need my space as well like everyone). I am clean and kind. If it is appreciated I can prepare some nice pasta to eat all together. I like to have a talk and share some wine (in Spain and Italy was cheap I don’t know about Ireland), but I am always up for a beer (I prefer beer honestly). I love sport and if I can I would like to start lessons of karate while I’ll be in Dublin, but I’m always up to share a nice run and exercises at the park.

I will move to Dublin on the first half of September but I have no problem to stay in a hostel for some days if you need more time to free the room. I will move back to Italy at the end of February. I am very handy and for anything please feel free to ask. If there is some mismatch with dates or rental payments please tell me and we can try to figure it out.
