23 year old on exchange in Dublin looking for accommodation

I am going to Dublin on university exchange to UCD and am looking for accommodation from Jan 12 - May 21. I am wanting somewhere close to the university and ideally with other students! I am hoping to do a bit of travelling while I am in Dublin so flatmates wanting to do the same will be a bonus.
I am a tidy person and have no problems getting on with people. I enjoy socialising and going out on weekends and having quiet nights midweek.
