I'm looking for a nice and tidy single bedroom with a desk that I can sit and study in my own bedroom in a clean house/flat. No pets, no parties, non-smoking. For the location, i prefer somewhere easy to travel to and from the UCD. Preferrably less than 40 minutes of travel via public transportation. I love cooking so i'm also looking for a place with a kitchen. I'm a friendly person and I'll be the best flatmate you can ever ask for. Oh and don't worry, my english is great. I can also speak german in a conversational level.
