21 yo girl looking for summer room/apt. to rent in Dublin

I am a graduate student looking for accommodation for three months while interning in Dublin. I am looking to rent an apartment or a room within an apartment with access to a kitchen. Ensuite or separate bathroom would be ideal. Non smoker, don't mind if a roommate does. I am working in South Dublin by Christ's Church, so a close promiximity would be great. My budget is around 700 euros/month, depending on the facilities. Internet access is a must.
