20 year old male TCD student looking for accommodation in Dublin

Greetings everyone, I am Yi Xiang Tan, from Malaysia. I’m a 20-year-old male.

I am a full-time student at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and are trying to find accommodation for the 2nd semester.

I am looking for a single room (private bathroom not required) or even a shared room that is either within walking distance to TCD or having easy access to TCD by commuting.

Due to the contract I have signed with my current landlord, I would require giving 30 days prior notice before moving out, the landlord has been informed of my possibility of moving out. This would require me to have an early viewing of the room.

I could move in at the start of November 2019, December 2019 or even January 2020, the earlier the better. I’ll be at least staying until the middle of May 2020.

I am a responsible person, I do not smoke, I do not drink, I like to maintain cleanliness, and I clean after my own mess.

Any leads would be appreciated and do message me if any additional information is needed.
