Hello, i'm a French student and i'll come for my studies with Erasmus program in the University College of Dublin for the year 2017/2018.
I would like accommodation close to University College of Dublin (20 minutes walk maximum). Any type of accommodation suits me only if it stays less than 400 euros per month (better with internet, water and electricity included) because being a student, I do not have a large budget (but I guarantee the payment of my rent in time and throughout my school year).
I am smiling, nice, friendly, I come to Ireland to practice the English language and I will be delighted to speak with my future roommates in order to practice.
I am orderly so I will not let my things everywhere.
