19 year old girl, looking for accomodation near UCD or the city centre, looking for accomodation from september to december 2017

I am tidy, outgoing and friendly. I'd love something close to amneties, bus stations and UCD. I know three languages, Arabic french and english and i can't wait to explore Dublin. I love music, theatre and dancing. I study biology and hope to get into medical school. I am coming for a semester only as part of an exchange program. I hope to have tidy roomates, who don't complain much and who are simply easygoing. The accomodation should ideally have internet access, a heater, a usable kitchen and clean beds.
