19 year old girl, french, looking for accomodation in Dublin

We are a group of three French student looking for an apartment to rent in the Center of Dublin from May 2017 to August 2017.We are three girls, and when are 19.W are studying language and communication in Lyon, France. I would say we are easy to live with, we like to party (not too much when there is work) and we am pro task sharing. We like to go out, to discover new places but also enjoy just staying home sometimes. Two of us are currently looking for a job in Dublin Center in any field and hope to find both a job and an apartment to rent before our departure. Among us, one of our friend has a driving licence. About roommates, we would prefer nonsmokers’ roommate, no preference for gender. Any roommate is welcome, the best would be non-French roommates so that we can practice English but that would only be a plus. The ideal accommodation would be a shared apartment in the center of Dublin, no matter the number of roommates, but with individual rooms, not shared. The bathroom, kitchen and other rooms can be shared. The ideal budget would be 300 € per month all included, which can be discussed. WiFi, washing machine and furnished apartment are essential.
