Shared Partition in Al Khail Gate

I'm looking for a decent educated person to share a room.
The room is near to metro station and has all amenities included in the rent.
I work day shift and work from home. Preferably if the other roomie works night shifts or is travelling on weekends would be best for BOTH. But this is not a prerequisite for the discussion.
- occasional/social smoker is fine with me.
- The Quieter the better
- Rent will be shared equally.
