Master student in BUiD university looking for accommodation in academic city or silicon oasis.. preferably shared studio for two

Clean neat place with Private bathroom and a balcony 

or studio to share with a female .

otherwise a double accomodation in apartment with maximum of 4 tenants.. should have a private bathroom and a balcony at least in the living room.

living room should be fully furnished (screen- seating- dining table) 

a building with near by services (bus stop- supermarket- restaurants- cafe's)
