Looking for Roommate to Share Studio by Nov 10th & Onwards

Hi Dubai Community,
I'm searching for a Roommate ASAP (Nov 10th deadline) to share a studio with me anywhere between Ibn Batutta Mall to Al Quoz walking distance to a metro stop.
Gender makes no difference to me, any nationality is fine but non-smokers only please.
My roomate must also be ok with me having guests come and stay with us for a maximum of 3 days at a time and also ok with hosting friends for dinner & games every so often.
I'm looking to split a studio dh1500 each. Myself & my Roommate only.
