Looking for a roommate

Hey, I am coming from India for job purpose in Deira area in August. I want to find someone with whom I can arrange my accomodation for a year or more.
Things i am looking for:
1. One roomate (no gender specification).
2. Good Hygiene is a must.
3. Willing to cook and do house hold chores as I can cook well.
4. Chill, fun and like minded personality.
The rented apartment i am looking for is in the range of 3-4k aed (obv. Splitting in half with roommate). Please do contact if someone is interested.
