Looking for a Flatmate

Hi Everyone,

I have been in Dubai for many years and will be changing my current apartment at the end of its contract date. I am a part-time recruiter and work from home. My current budget is a little limited and thus, I am looking at an option to share a pretty 2 BHK (up to 70K - shared by 2) with one like-minded person (own room each). I am a pretty easy-going and respectful person who is an animal and plant lover. 

Please see my basic requirements below:

Apartment: 2 BHK (open to monthly or annual agreements - unfurnished/furnished) but must be well lit with a balcony

Bills: All split equally (DEWA+Internet+Gas)

Cooking: Would really like to keep a cook (cost-sharing) - I am vegetarian but eat eggs. Don't mind if the flatmate is non-veg. Groceries sharing would then depend accordingly. 

Areas of interest: Barsha Heights, Greens, JVC, Sheikh Zayed Road JVT, Al Sufouh, any other around there

Guests/Friends: Flexible as long as it doesn't affect the other person's space
