Am looking for someone I can share room with.

I don't mind if you smoke or drink I respect people's way of life. I can cook and also do house chores. 

My ideal roommate would be a very cooperative person. Because we share an apartment together, we would have to help each other. If I were ever sick when I was supposed to clean our living room, my considerate roommate would switch turns with me. Also, open minded and very responsible and mainly respect should be the main value we adhere to . We could either rent a room together and share all the expenses.

I need a private room and quite place to work..
