A 25 year old professional singer, composer and performer looking for a neat and tidy accomodation

So, as mentioned in the title, I'm a Singer. Coming to Dubai as a freelancer to see if my hard work and luck works there. I love to meet new people and trust me, I'm a real fun guy but with that being said, I do like my own space too. Also, I don't consume alcohol, nor do I smoke, nor do I do hookah/sheesha. I don't mind if you smoke/hookah outside the house. I am very neat and tidy, the kitchen, the living room and if there is a shared washroom, all spaces should be clean at all times. So I would love someone who is ready for a 50-50 in cleaning and keeping the space clean. I don't mind any gender, race, religion, nationality. My budget is a lil tight so honestly I don't have a location preference as I'm a freelancer but would be great if the house is close to a metro station. Thank you so much.
