27 year old looking for a peaceful and friendly accommodation, preferably near Academic City

I am diciplined, friendly, ambitious and flexible/reasonable. I believe in the living and letting others live. I dont consider myself as having any habits that are not suitable for living with a roomate. I dont smoke and neither do I drink alcohol, but I dont judge people who do. The main purpose of finding a shared room is to live affordably in a nice environment, preferably near Academic City, that helps me in accomplishing my academic goals.
