18 Year Old Looking for Roommate - Flat Searching(Money Available)

Hey there!

My name is Jad Fakhoury, Im an 18 year old University Student from Lebanon and Palestine. I have quite a few 2 Bedroom flats for rent with maximum price of 40K AED per year and looking for a roommate to share it with. Im open to anyone joining with the only restriction of being clean and hygenic. I go out jogging every night and love playing games. We can split bills 50/50. If you have pets thats fantastic(if you dont have one and dont mind having one, I will get a cat but only if you dont have a problem), if you smoke I dont mind since I smoke too(if you do mind I wouldnt do it at home). We can split the chores or if you want I can do most like the dishes, the trash around the house, dusting the place, cleaning the floors I dont mind. I can cook a little bit but only some simple stuff or fish but we can split with Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers on delivery websites works out too.
