Two male post-degree students looking for 2-room apartment/rooms in flat near TU Dresden

We'll arrive at Dresden by the end of September (27th) for starting our master in Modelling and Simulation at TU Dresden. The master takes two years to complete so we're open to a two-year contract, if it is preferred by the apartment's landlord.  We are currently looking for a 2-room apartment or available rooms at a flat. Very ordered and easy-going tenants.
