21 year old Canadian Mechanical Engineering student intern, looking for accomodation

Hi everyone! I am a Canadian Mechanical Engineering student from the University of Alberta. I will be interning at the Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research (IFW Dresden) near TU Dresden from September 2019 to April 2020. I am looking for a roommate, preferably to share an apartment (flat) with. A location near central Dresden is preferred.
Some facts about me:
- Easy going person - clean, tidy, hygienic, and can cook
- I'll be looking to do some travelling around Europe - wouldn't mind a travel buddy, and I have backpacked in Europe previously
- I speak no German, but I am highly interested in German culture, and one of my goals during my time in Dresden is to learn
