Because DBS was the only school where i could go for 6 months, just an accident :)

6 months, I resived 350 euro per month, and 100 euro french schoolarship

Would you recommend the city and the University of Douai to other students?

No, better go to Paris, because it's too small city, not many things to do, but you can always go to Lille - 20 minutes by train

What is the food like?

not bad, sandwiches and french specials

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Douai?

no, I was living in dormitory, school help me to find it

How much does it cost to live in Douai?

around 500 euro per month

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

not available, difficult

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Douai from your city?

by plane, from Warsow do Brussles, and then by train to Lille, them by train to Douai, or ask sb to pick you up from the airport as I did

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Douai?

there is nothing interesting, better go to Lille and street in the centre is full of nice places

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

nice view, many internationals in dormitory

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Douai in the future?

if you dont have a basic knowlage of french, better choose paris
