22 year boy, looking for accommodation in Dortmund for 3-4 people

This is Meet Soni, 22-year Indian boy. I am looking for accommodation for 3-4 people. We are friends and we prefer to hire the whole property. Possibly with 3-4 room apartment or studio so that everyone will get a separate room. Also, it should have basic amenities and furniture so that we can directly move in. For location reference, it would be great for us if it will be near to the TU Dortmund. Lastly, we're planning to spend a maximum of 350 Euros per person (i.e.if two rooms are there then the cost of property should be maximum 700 Euros, same goes with three rooms then cost should be less than 1050) including all bills. We wish to stay for a longer period of time if the best services will be provided within a reasonable price range. Rent can be managed according to the location and facilities of the property.
