19 year old, looking for an accommodation in Dortmund

I am from ESSCA management school in Angers France and according to my program i have to make an Erasmus Semester in Dortmund from the 25th of February to the 21st of June 2019, at the ISM (International School of Management) in Dortmund. 

I am sociable, tidy, organised, i like football and i can easily adapt to different situation (Unless it's impossible). If possible i would like a room where all the bills are already included in the rent, and for the location to be more or less  near my school.

I do not smoke nor drink beer, but i have no problem living with one like that, if and only if the person respects himself and my self
