Europian or Arab Roommate

Hello everyone. Im looking for an room to share and an roommate as well but Only europian or Arab nationalities. I need a calm place and have my own space in the room.  i would not like smoking in side the room or having a party at home if the home is to small.  i dont like to touch other peoples thing and i dont want my things to be touched without me knowing. im an calm person and i would like the room mate to be as well. my preference is to have an apartment with 2/3 separate rooms and the kitchen and the living to be shared togather so each of us have their own room.
