What is it like to live in Döbriach? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Dobrich is a small city about 40 km away from the third biggest city Varna of Bulgaria. The people in Dobrich are very soft and quest welcoming. The city is small but well structure where you can find every kind of Food and things to being used in daily life. There is a historical Park and old Dobrich which is worth seeing. Because of its beauty, not so much populated and kind hearted people I will recommend it to other to visit the city for a week or for student one semester as an Erasmus.

What is the student lifestyle like in Döbriach?

The student life in Dobrich is very good. The prices in the city are very low in compare to other cities in Bulgaria. Accommodation can be found easily. you can easily travel to other cities using buses or railway services in order to see the different cultures and festivals in the country

How much does it cost to live in Döbriach?

Dobrich is not that much expensive city as compare to other cities in Bulgaria. it will cost around of 400 euro per month with accommodation, food and other expenses

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Döbriach? Is there any advice you can give?

Finding accommodation is not that much difficult in Dobrich. In this small city, there are 4 hotels and a Dorm for students. there are apartments that you can rent for a longer stay for about 100 to 150 euro two-bed apartment. Using internet one can easily find accommodation.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are different Resturant in the cities that offer a good variety of food beside the traditional food there is a chines restaurant too that offers food with good test and different variety. All the foods in Dobrich are delicious and taste but I prefer Pizza

What places would you recommend visiting in Döbriach?

The Old Dobrich has its unique classic look. there is a beautiful park in the city. The city center of the city is worth seeing.

Is it good to eat out in Döbriach? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

As I mentioned that there are a lot of different Resturant in Dobrich that offers a different kind of delicious food. My favorite spot is UNO restaurant which is very famous for a good variety of food and different kind of Pizza

Is the nightlife good in Döbriach? Where is good to go?

The nightlife in Dobrich is worth seeing. in the city center, there are a lot of coffee shops where one can chat with a friend while drinking coffee. For entertainment, there is a club called Zvezda. the good place is Bacardi next to the park where one can have tea, listen to music and chat with friends

What advice would you give future students heading to Döbriach?

I would advise for the future student to do one semester here as an Erasmus. The environment is very fit for student life very quite, a dorm which acts like a community and a friendly environment.
