18 Yr old girl, looking for accommodation in single room near KU

I'd want a peaceful environment to study in near the university, an area that is safe and near. I would not want to share a room but am okay with having neighbor room mates of the same age. A clean environment for learning and living for a minimum of 6 months. A place that would also provide food could be a plus point and also have flexibility and individuality. The room must get sunlight and should have a personal bathroom for better convinience.
