Since city is small, and not much materialistic things to do around,and hence student have attachment with each other, surely develop family environment, and trust me it would be the best time of your life.

How much does it cost to live in Dhulikhel?

Depends on individual but not much costly, with respect to Kathmnadu and other city.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Dhulikhel? Is there any advice you can give?

In Kathmandu University, accommodation will be easily available for international student.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

For Nepalese student there Hostel and private hotel are available, for international student either they have to adjust with them or have to manage them self.

What places would you recommend visiting in Dhulikhel?

There are lots of beautiful natural places nearby, i will recommend Banji and swith once in study period at Bhotekoshi, aditionally night camp at sukute beech, and most of all Kathmandu is only 30 KM from Dhulikhel

Is it good to eat out in Dhulikhel? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

yes, they are lots of renowned hotel in dhulikhel and lots of street food so called tapari food.

Is the nightlife good in Dhulikhel? Where is good to go?

NO much , occasional night stay and fun will not be problem.

What advice would you give future students heading to Dhulikhel?

kathmandu University is the best university not only because of its reputation on academic performance, it is olso famous becasue university is locaed nearby Capital city and its have its own university lifestyle, every student will bounded by family enviroment within year because every one are from away from, home , and they are not much things to do materialistically and but you will have a best moment with natural beauty of Dhulikhel, and best of all you will get a continuous view of Himalayan from classroom(not sure about all, but from our department class room). Additionally Kathmandu is only 30 KM.
