In B&M I had the role of a sales assistant. In this role I developed a range of skills such as communication and customer service skills. I have developed my experience of working under pressure in this role as when the store gets busy I have to be able to stay calm and ensure that at all times the customer’s needs are met to a high standard. In this job I merchandised, I was a checkout operator and I also had to ensure that the shop floor was tidy at all times.
