27 years old boy, looking for a temporary accommodation in delft for six months

I am comming to TU Delft as a guest researcher from University of Tehran on my sabbatical. I have lived for about ten years in dorms so I am well familiar with rules and regulation in this regards. I am a clean and well organized person in keeping a place.
I need a room (studio preferred) for about six months starting on mid Febaurary. It would be nice that the accommodation is located close to TU Delft.
