18 year old boy starting college in Delft and looking for accommodation

I am an outgoing but quiet person by nature and very punctual. I like to keep my place clean and tidy. And because of this, I am looking for a considerable spaced living place with all the necessary things, Internet, a clean bathroom and a kitchen, because I really like cooking. When it comes to roommates, I have been sharing a room with my brother my whole life, so I am not very picky. I am flexible, but I would like to be accompanied by people that share a similar personality. But was is most important, I want to live with people who will not be excesively loud during examination periods or careless towards the cleaning of the shared space.
