Female looking for a shared apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms.

I am currently in Debrecen and in search of a shared apartment in which I will rent one of the rooms and split the bills for utilities from the 1st of January 2024. I like to cook, read novels, watch movies and study. I don't like a lot of noise and like to communicate issues at the onset rather than bottling them up inside. For the apartment, I prefer one in a safe and friendly neighbourhood which is close to the tram or bus stop. The area/ street has a nearby grocery store as well. The apartment should have a fully furnished kitchen, a mattress and bed with a study desk in the room, good storage space, a laundry mach and a spacious bathroom.

 I would prefer a roommate who is between the ages of 18 and 24 and is an organised female.
