Shared accommodation

We are an undergraduate students. We are looking for an appartement for four students. we are four students who will be studying German language in Darmstadt, but our university is actually in Weimar city. We will need a place to set together this one year in Darmstadt. Our limitation is 300 Euro for each one of us. We are seeking a place that is furnished or at least semi furnished. We need an accommodation with at least tow bedrooms and with internet. We need to sign a contract for each one of us by his own room so we can give these contracts to the German embassy here in our country. We will be grateful if you can help us to found the suitable accommodation we are seeking. Looking forward to hearing from you.
