PhD student, 27 y.o., looking for accommodation in Darmstadt

Hi! I am Giulio Ticli, an Italian PhD student in Molecular Biology (27 y.o.) from Pavia University (you can find my profile on the university website), and I am looking for an accommodation from 4/10 - 8/11, because in that period I will work in a biology laboratory (TU) headed by C. M. Cardoso (close collaborator of my boss in Italy). In fact, this one would be the fourth time for me in Darmstadt. I am a super open-minded person, but at the same time I really cares about keeping the house clean and neat, especially the common spaces (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, ecc ecc).
