Looking for a room for a Korean woman

I lived in Australia and U.K. And have 6 years of experience with house share.
I am an easygoing person who loves art. Since my family raised 2 dogs for 16 years, so animals are fine as long as they are safe. I am Korean And Id like to find the flatmates who wants to rent the two bedroom apartment. Preferably a single female who's not staying home too often.
I have a plan on getting an ITA certificate which is for interpretation.
currently working at the Art gallery.
I also look for a female friend or a language exchange partner. I worked at 영어학원 for a few years and studied Korean language and literature as a major. I can learn under the pressure.
