Looking for accommodation in Nicosia

Hi, I'm an italian student and I'm looking for an accommodation in Nicosia where I'll be working on my thesis project. I study geology applied to risks (hydrogeological hazards) and I will be working for the Cyprus Institute.
I can speak English and Spanish, since I lived in the US for one year and in Spain for almost 2 years. In Madrid I did my first Erasmus program 3 years ago and I spent the first semester of this accademic year in Barcelona (second Erasmus program).
I would like a friendly company (as roomates).
