American female - looking for a roommates/accomodation in Cork

My name is Sam, I am an American moving to Cork on a Working Holiday Authorisation Visa. I am 26 and a working creative in the graphic design and photography field. I’m looking for a shared place near Cork City Center or any surrounding areas beginning the 1st of September. I’d prefer to share with a female if possible, but open to male roommates as well! I will be in Ireland for a year, so i'm looking to lease something for 6+ months.

Im a very tidy and friendly person who enjoys video games, football matches, going to concerts, taking long walks, and learning Irish.
