24-year-old student, looking for a roommate & accommodation in Cork

I'm a tidy calm student who doesn't smoke or host parties, I'm looking for a roommate or a property with a room available to move into for at least the next studying year, starting in October. I don't have any pets but I do love them. Willing to share with any gender and would prefer accommodation in the countryside of Cork or a quiet part of the city. A lower price is preferable over a flat space.
