24 year old girl going on an internship, looking for accommodation in Cork

Hello!
I am a 24-year-old molecular biologist from Croatia looking for accommodation in Cork. I am coming to a 5-month internship, from February until the end of June 2018. I expect to move in Feb 15th.
I am looking for a room in a shared apartment or house. It would be best if it was within walking distance from UCC (max 40-50 minutes).
I am tidy, quiet, easy-going and friendly, I don't smoke or party. I have no pets, but I don't mind if someone else on the property does.
I love to read, cook and am quite outdoorsy, so between that and the time I will spend at the University, I don't expect to be in the room a lot.
If you have accommodation that matches what I described, please let me know! It would be much appreciated :)
