Looking for a short stay room!

Hola/Hi!
I am an Italian finishing my PhD in Cordoba (chemistry:)), with the defence somewhere in October. I am currently living in the Netherlands but I will move to Spain in September while I will be looking for a job! I am not in a rush to find a new position, and this could mean that I could either stay Sept-November as a minimum stay (2 months) or Sept2019-September 2020 as maximum!! If you don't mind this uncertainty (and a month notice), I can be a great housemate as I am very adaptable as well as respectful!!
Preferably, I am looking for houses in Ciudad Jardin or city centre! No preferences for the house itself, and I think pets make a house nicer, but they are not necessary!!
