In Cordoba there are many tea bars, where you have a very big menu of different teas, shakes, cocktails and so on. You can also smoke shisha, but I don't know if with the new law it's forbidden or not!
This one is near to the Mezquita Catedral, in one of the streets which ends there, and the prices are not so expensive to spend relaxing time and speak with friends.
