MSc student looking for short period accommodation (18th August - 1st September)

Hi there,
I'm a very sociable and open minded Spanish guy who is moving to Copenhagen to pursue a MSc Nature Management. I have a room for the course already booked in a shared apartment but I can not move in until the 1st of September. Since I need to be there for the 18th August I'm looking for a cheap place (bed or sofa) in someone's home where I could stay for this period.
I love good music, wildlife, travelling and meeting new people. I am also a very competent cooker (been working as a chef for quite a bit) so we could have a nice dinner with a couple of beers and a nice chat.
