Looking for a room or one room flat near CBS

I am 21 years old guy with no bad habbits. I like studying and part time working if possible. I always use my headphones when listening to music and always go to bed before midnight. I am neat and polite. I do fitness. I come to CBS to enhance myself.

I look for a room (or one room flat) close to CBS Business School (maximum 30 min walking)

I would like to live alone for the money I agree to pay, however If that is not possible I agree to stay with somebody, who is not noisy, neat and polite.

I don't need much in my living room: a bed, a table, a chair and a wardrobe will be just enough for me. I would like to have internet (but it's abscence is not a problem if everything else is fine). Bathroom, toilet and kitchen may be shared.

I agee to live with the family (owners) and to help them with their housework for a discount.
