Architecture student who will work as an intern

I am a master architecture student in Politecnico Di Milano. Starting in January 2020, I will have worked in Copenhagen as an intern. My working hours set from 9-10 to 5-6, however, it will be flexible so I cannot be at home weekends or I can spend all the week at the house.
I am looking for a cosy, affordable and single room.
I am kinda clean, non-smoking but not be fastened it. Pets are totally fine for me.
I am not a party guy but once a month my friends could come to stay for three days in silence.
