Female student of 23 looking for flatmates in the Como area

I am a fun and positive real estate economics master's student from Finland looking for flatmates for the spring term of 2013. I am very clean and tidy and hope flatmates would be that as well. Both female and male flatmates are ok. I do not smoke. I would very much like to learn Italian so an Italian flatmate would be cool. As long as flatmates are reliable and good company I am happy. I also hope to travel somewhat during the year and it would be nice to have people with similar interests around =)
