We organize visits, calls and mystery emails throughout Europe to obtain an assessment of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
We work with big TOP 500 companies and many in the automotive sector.

Mission
We are looking for mystery shoppers all over Europe to conduct field surveys.
You will have to pretend to be a brand customer and evaluate the quality of the service. This can be done by email, phone, or on the spot.
Your experience will then have to be transcribed in an online questionnaire.
