23 year old Girl looking for a roommate for her 3 bedroom flat in Neuehrenfeld

Hi There Lovelies! Im looking for a roommate(preferably female between 22-30 year old) to share my flat in the beautiful Neuehrenfeld district in Cologne.I have the flat for 2 years starting July 2019, but if your stay in Cologne is a minimum of just 3 months, thats also Okay. I prefer it if your are here for your internship as I am also working. But I also do not mind if you are a student. The monthly rent is discussable. The flat is very near(3 min walk) Nußbaumerstraße U-bahn station with lines 5 & 13. Both taling you into the city center in 10minutes. The trendy neighborhood of Egrenfeld with its clubs and cafes is at walking distance. The flat is in a very green and quiet surrounding. Rewe supermarket close by. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with dining table and an adjacent balcony that is always sunny during summer. There is 1 guest bathroom and another bathroom with a tub. Whole flat is 80m2 with floor heating , sloped roof. Cable, wifi, electricity all inclusive. Fully furnished. Altogether the best you could hope for. Your own room is around 14m2.
