Looking for an accomodation in Coimbra

We are 2 boys (22 age both of us) who want a place to stay for 3 months. We want to find there heating (the most important), hot water, electricity, a wardrobe (but not so crucial), a wash machine, a place to dry out clothes, and if there is a kitchen that would be great!
