Looking for a studio or apartment in Coimbra (starting Oct 2/3rd), 2 people, no staircases

Hello, I'm a 41 years old professional woman looking for an apartment in the Coimbra Area, next to the center of the town or close to Idealmed. I'll be arriving on Oct 2nd/3rd and will stay for at least two months or maybe more. We'll be two people, my mom and I, I need a furnished apartment or studio, having easy access, without staircases inside or outside the place. Monica
