Swedish Student looking for apartment during 1st semester (Early Sept -- Late February)

Hi!
My names is Rasmus Andreasson and during the fall semester of 2014/2015 I will be studing at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. I am looking for a apartment for me to live in while studying during this period. I am 22 years old, I play football and occasional tennis, I don't have any pets, I do not smoke and I only drink when out with friends in a bar or nightclub. I would love to find the perfect apartment for me in central part of the city, if it was close to the university that would be amazing!
I am am willing to pay between 200 and 300 Euro in rent per month, depends on the apartment and placement of course, if you have any questions, suggestions or ideas of where I could find an apartment, I would be forever grateful!
